Complete the Paperwork and Payment
After signing the contract, transfer your payment to a secure holding account. It remains protected there until delivery and your acceptance of the vehicle.
- Your written contract sets out the vehicle price, a fixed £200 admin fee, delivery charged at £0.30 per mile and any relevant registration fees, with no additional charges introduced later
- The funds are released only on your acceptance at the end of the inspection period
- If you decide to reject the car, your payment is returned in full
Preparation, Clearing and Delivery
Once we receive your proof of payment, we start clearing the vehicle. Final checks and professional preparation follow, before your car is loaded onto a fully insured transporter — keeping the delivery journey off your car's mileage.

- Delivery to any mainland UK address costs £0.30 per mile

Get to Know the Car for 14 Days
Delivery starts your 14-day inspection period. Use the car on your usual journeys or ask your own mechanic to inspect it. Insurance remains in place throughout.

Many of our cars are sourced directly from bank and lease repossessions, often early in their working life. These sellers prioritise a prompt sale. That allows us to base our pricing on recovery and preparation costs, passing the resulting value on to you.

If You Change Your Mind
A straightforward way to return your car
Whether the car differs from the listing or simply does not suit you, returning it takes three steps and carries no cost.
1. Get in touch
Call or email within the 14-day period to let us know. You do not need to justify your decision: telling us the car is not right for you is enough.
2. Let us arrange collection
We prepare a straightforward return agreement and arrange for the transporter to collect from your door. You do not need to organise transport.
3. Receive your refund
Your full payment is returned promptly from the holding account, with no restocking fee.
